1 · Who we are

This website is operated by HAO Architects, a design studio registered in Dubai, UAE. References to “HAO”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean HAO Architects. References to “you” mean the visitor to this site.

2 · Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the site.

3 · The site and its content

All text, images, drawings, design language, marks and code on this site are owned by HAO Architects or used with permission. You may view, share a link to, and quote short extracts of the site for non-commercial reference, with attribution. You may not republish, copy, reverse-engineer, or use the content in any other commercial work without our written permission.

Project photographs, renders and case studies are shown for portfolio purposes and remain the property of HAO and/or its clients. Third-party trademarks (e.g. JW Marriott, Emirates, Tonino Lamborghini) are used only to indicate completed work and remain property of their respective owners.

4 · Enquiries

Filling in the contact form constitutes a request for information, not a contract. HAO will respond within two working days where we believe there’s a fit. Where there isn’t a fit, we will say so politely.

Engagements only begin once both parties have signed a written services agreement specifying scope, fee and timeline. Nothing on this site, in an enquiry response, or in an informal conversation creates a binding engagement.

5 · Accuracy of content

We make a reasonable effort to keep project information, dates, awards and figures current. Some content reflects projects still in design, on site, or in handover, where details may change. The site is provided “as is”; we don’t warrant that it will be error-free.

6 · Links to other sites

Links to third-party sites (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, mapping providers) are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, HAO Architects is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
