Brys Buzz Noida, residential tower at dusk, eastern edge of Noida

A single tower built for the long flat horizon of Noida, recognisable from a kilometre away, intimate at the entrance.

The site sits on the eastern edge of Noida, looking out across a long flat plain that runs to the river. The tower form was tuned to that horizon, a single elongated mass with a shifted setback midway up to break the silhouette, so the building reads sharp from the highway and stepped from the courtyard below.

Apartments are all three-bedroom and all oriented to the long view east. The podium is programmed: ground-floor F&B for the street, pool and gym for the residents, and a generous sky garden at the setback line. The materiality is restrained, concrete frame, deep terracotta brick infill, glass balconies cut sharp at the corners.

Design is currently in development. Construction is expected to start in 2026.
