Crafting exceptional architecture,

Founded in 2012 by Manoj H Rathod, HAO grew out of fifteen years designing the Middle East's most recognised buildings, including the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, the world's tallest hotel, and the Emirates Airlines Headquarters.
Today the practice spans masterplan, architecture, interiors, product design & project management, brought together by a belief that design only matters when it improves the way people live, work and gather.

We do not hand over flat 2D drawings. Every commission runs through a fully coordinated Building Information Model, so clashes are resolved on screen, not on site, and budget and programme are protected before construction begins.

Twin residential towers in Dubai, the Tonino Lamborghini design DNA folded into every facade ribbon and balcony detail.

A villa community within Dubai, tree-lined avenues, slow mornings, courtyards and a quieter green edge to the city.

Heritage
Before HAO, founder Manoj H Rathod spent fifteen years leading design at ArchGroup International, heading Indian operations and contributing to landmark buildings across the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.
Practice
Today the studio works across master planning, residential towers, villas, hotels, resorts, workplaces and interiors, with senior architects Ketan Khorasia and Shantanu Vaidya leading delivery alongside the founder.
